Kim Doyle

Registered Dietitian and owner of Brant Nutrition, shares her story of how intuitive eating interrupted a pattern of food restriction, bingeing, and over exercising. What was the cause of this harmful pattern? Poor self-esteem and body image with a side of bullying, sexual trauma, and competitiveness.

Kim will share the strategies learned through Intuitive Eating which helped her recover when her body (and Sherri Lyn Moore) said, “No more!”

Sherri Moore

Sherri Moore is a Physiotherapist with 25 years of experience. She has been focusing her training in the area of pelvic health for the past 20 years, more specifically in obstetrics, for the past ten years. In 2004 she opened Essential Physiotherapy and Wellness in Brantford. Sherri focuses her time treating various pelvic health conditions and providing mentorship to other health care professionals.

In 2017, she launched Birth Essentials to focus on pelvic health for women surrounding the time before, during, and after childbirth. Sherri is a resource and advocates for women during pregnancy. As such, she has designed and teaches a local childbirth class that incorporates her knowledge of birth and pelvic health called Essentials to a Better Birth.
